THE MOTION
With the NEW 4x4 SYSTEM (featuring independently moving harvesting heads), the following are achieved:
Greater penetration into the densest parts of the olive tree
Minimal damage to the fruit and the olive tree itself
Effortless harvesting, as zero vibrations are transmitted to the user.
THE HEAD
The Asteras 4X4 features a new head designed to counteract turbulence, and includes:
2 aluminum cams,
32 conical tines,
Steel gears.
Zero wear.
Perfect balancing.
*The 4x4 system can be added to all models of the Asteras.
THE MOTOR
BOSCH 400W DC electric motor, with an output of 2000 rpm at 16V DC.
Equipped with a 35A on-off switch and a reduction gear that converts the motion of the heads into a pulsing action.
Can also be operated using a car battery (with the addition of a converter), with a power consumption of 10–12A per hour.
Supplied with a 13-meter cable.
