My name is Anastasios Angelis and I am the youngest of the owners of the Company. In today’s article my purpose is the presentation and a small analysis of the New Olive Harvesting Machines in the Greek and Mediterranean market.
But before that, I feel that I have a duty to pay a small tribute to Anastasios Aggelis the elder, since everything started from him as he possesses the oldest patent in pulse motion of olive harvesters.

The years go by and as everything around us evolves at breakneck speeds from the car we drive to the mobile phone we communicate with, this is how our company evolves the olive harvesting tools, commonly “olive harvesters”
I have the honor and blessing to travel arround Greece as well as in the other two major olive oil markets, Spain and Italy, every year. In this way, I learn and realize that there is certainly not and can never be only one and specific olive harvester that is ideal for all varieties of olives.

Proceeding to the presentation, I start with the longest-lasting electric olive press in the Greek market, Angelis 1 or the so-called coupepe (In Greek=κουπεπέ).

We proceed, with Asteras cf 4x4 or “Sea urchin”, named after the shape of the machine’s head.
It is a very efficient and fast machine in olive harvesting. Its very solid construction and the quality of our materials, differentiate it from the plethora of manufacturers that are on the market nowadays. A clear and distinct differentiation of the Asteras 4x4 “sea urchin” of our company, are the eccentric counterweights that I quote in the image, with which we completely balance the machine with the consequence of the transfer of zero vibrations to the user.
Its two new siblings are, the Asteras Max 6x6, which offers simultaneously the independent movement of each hemisphere in the head and the widest range of sticking that exists to date in the global market.
The last little brother is Asteras electric which is purely electric, following exactly the trend of the time and the philosophy of our company, since it works exclusively from a battery (ground or lithium back battery of our company), which you can get from our representatives. It is based on the basic model and best seller of our company Asteras cf 4x4 but has a brushless motor without coolers and has a precision dimmer to adjust the speed where you want. At the same time it is the lightest “sea urchin” on the market.
